I have been freting with trying to decide how to do a web site. I have priced different web sites and even looked into doing a web site for myself. I have thrown my arms up in the air in frustration wondering what direction to go.

To learn to web design would probably take a year of training and courses but who has the time. I could hire someone but that would cost a lot of money and who would I get? Are all web designers equal? From asking around, trying to get referrals from people with web sites, I am finding there is tons and tons of people putting together web site but are they qualified? Some haven't got a clue and some are fantastic but expensive. The most important thing besides having a nice looking web site is getting traffic. Will the search engines pick up your site?

People pay good money for a web site and it just sits there. I have gone back and back and nothing is changed. There is some people that get their web designer to up date once a year with new products or just to give a fresh look. So the control of your web site is out of your hands.

So goes on the search for a good web designer or companies that actually know what they are doing. I have been really impress with a lady that is multi talented, so she can do many things on the net. Have you ever run into a web design and they only knew how to design a web site but didn't offer any other on-line advertisement features. Well you end up knocking your head against the wall, wondering where to go. Well I have a lady that can do more than I can even explain. Her and her husband do on-line advertisement so you get the benefit of attracting traffic to your site. I was so impress I included them in my list of discoveries of amazing companies for you to look at to determine if they are a right fit for your business. I have also discovered an interesting company that you are able to build your own web site using a template system. They offer an on-line training course on how to set up your web site and you actually build your very own web site yourself. Yes by yourself! I am completely amazed but it does take some time so be prepared and forwarned that if you are up to building your own web site and have the ability to follow instructions than this is for you.

It was important for me to be able to design my own web site and I wanted to have full control to be able to make changes to the web site on a daily basis. I wanted to be able to add pages to my site when I came across new information. After doing my research and putting on a notebook template, all my info and links, I can actually put a page up in less than 15 minutes. Can you just imagine the possiblity of being able to change your site when you need to and not have to call your web designer and have this huge bill. I am not putting them down because there is people out there that really need them and that is why I included a really excellent company that can assist them.

Oh as you can tell from my simple site I decided on building my own site using templates. It not perfect but its all mine. I am not a writer and stuggle with spelling and grammar. I figured, Oh well this is me and the intent is pure and I figured you will overlook because it is my hopes to assist you. I am going to get the web design to build a blog so I can experiment with that also. It will be tons of fun.
